This C building top floor floor accommodation is a corner end unit with a large outdoor alfresco veranda, and extra windows on three sides. The C building is directly behind the A building. It is also on level ground with the A building, the adult pool, and Wailea Beach Access. Unlike many of the other accommodations within Wailea Beach Villa, you do not have to walk up or down a slope to reach the adult pool or beach.

We named C301 Sun Splash because this top floor corner villa is blessed with abundant natural light that filters through the many windows to lend the interior of C301 with a golden glow of cheerful sunshine. The stunning sea shell painting "Great Triton", now on display in the great room of C301, was created by Tracy Effinger. Upon seeing her work displayed in C301 Sun Splash, Tracy had this to say...."C301 Sun Splash has a lot of lungta". Lungta is a Tibetan word that means to have a lot of soul or positive life force energy. To be infused with lungta supposedly brings good luck - according to Tracy and Tibetan tradition.
